We build decision infrastructure for the energy transition. This is what we believe, and what we can be held to.
1The transition must fund itself.
Subsidies start revolutions; economics finish them. A wind farm that earns more is a wind farm that multiplies. We exist to make clean energy the winning trade, not the worthy one.
2Green that doesn’t pay is green that doesn’t scale.
We refuse the false choice between profit and planet. Our engine’s job is to make the profitable decision and the right decision the same decision — every 15 minutes, in euros per megawatt.
3Every optimized megawatt-hour is an environmental act.
Better dispatch means less curtailed wind, less wasted sun, fewer fossil plants firing to cover clean energy sold badly. We don’t plant trees to compensate for inefficiency; we remove the inefficiency.
4We claim only what we can trace.
Our environmental claims are held to the same standard as our revenue claims: measured on real market data, or retired. We will never market a tonne of CO2 we cannot trace to a dispatch decision. No offsets theater, no green vanity metrics.
5A hundred-year company for a hundred-year problem.
The energy transition is not a funding cycle; it is a generational project. We are structured — in our governance, our ownership, and our patience — to outlast every shortcut.
6Sustainability includes the people.
Every employee a shareholder. Dignity entrenched beyond even the founder’s reach. A company that burns out its people to save the planet has misunderstood both.
7The grid we leave behind.
Every renewable asset in Europe’s markets running at its full economic potential — because when clean energy wins on merit, no one can roll it back.
Our values
The tenets are what we believe. These are how we behave — each one enforceable under the Constitution, not decoration beside it.
Honesty in numbers
A metric that dies under scrutiny is retired, never quoted. Good or bad, what is measured is reported.
Merit
Roles, equity, and authority are earned by contribution and capability. Nothing else, from no one.
Dignity
Entrenched beyond amendment — beyond even the founder. No performance excuses demeaning a person.
Ownership
Every employee a shareholder. People who build the company hold a piece of what they build.
Patience
Built for a hundred years, not a funding cycle. We spend dilution deliberately and keep promises slowly made.
Stewardship
The grid, the society on it, and the environment are stakeholders — served measurably, not rhetorically.
A just transition
Social justice, done the way we do everything: measurably. Lower system costs for the society that runs on the grid, ownership spread wide among the people who build the company, one bar and one dignity for everyone who walks in the door.
Holding ourselves to it
Tenet 4 says we claim only what we can trace — and that applies to claims about ourselves, not just about our numbers. So this is a plan, not a badge. None of it is achieved yet, and each step is dated only by the condition that unlocks it.

Stakeholder governance written into the articles
The constitution’s stakeholder article goes into the Satzung itself, so the obligation binds the company legally rather than rhetorically. It rides work already being done at formation, which is why it comes first.

UN Energy Compact
A voluntary commitment on affordable clean energy, registered with UN‑Energy and reviewed against published criteria before it appears in the public registry. It is the closest fit to what we actually do, and it demands a commitment specific enough to be measured — which is the only kind we are willing to make.

UN Global Compact
A signed commitment to ten principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti‑corruption, with a public progress report filed every year. It is a reporting duty, not a certificate — the obligation is that the report keeps having to be written.

When the assessment is credible
B Corp — pending, then certified
An audited score against a public standard, verified by a third party rather than asserted by us. Full certification needs an operating year behind it, so we take the pending track first and the audit when the evidence is real.

When customers require it
ISO 27001
Independent audit of how we handle operator data. We touch live asset and control systems; the right time to prove that is when someone is depending on it, not before.
What none of this makes us. Participating in a UN initiative is not a UN endorsement, and no company is a “UN company” — no such status exists. These are commitments we take on and report against. We will say what we have signed and what we have been audited on, and nothing beyond that.
