1. Who we are (Data Controller)

Powerlys (“Powerlys”, “we”, “us”) is a company in formation with business address at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115, Estonia; until incorporation completes, the website powerlys.com (“the Website”) is operated by its founder, Omer Bumin, who is the controller of the personal data processed through this Website. 2. What data we collect

This is an informational website. It has no contact forms, user accounts, analytics tools, or advertising tools, and we do not automatically collect personal data for marketing purposes.

• If you contact us or request a demo by email (for example, at hello@powerlys.com), we process the data you choose to send us — such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
• Our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) in server logs, for the purpose of delivering the Website and keeping it secure.

3. Why we process it, and the legal basis (GDPR)

• To respond to your enquiries and demo requests and to communicate with you — legal basis: your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR).
• To operate, maintain, and secure the Website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This Website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, or advertising technologies, and it does not store data in your browser. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security and reliable delivery of the Website. If that changes in the future and we introduce any non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on trusted service providers that act as processors on our behalf:

• Hosting: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and delivery).
• Email: our email service provider, which processes emails sent to our addresses.

We may also disclose data where we are required to do so by law.

6. International data transfers

Some of our providers (for example, our website host) are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy mechanisms.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep the content of email correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or manage our relationship with you, and for any period required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

8. Customer and product data

When Powerlys provides its dispatch-optimization software to business customers, any personal data processed within that service is handled under a separate agreement with the customer (including, where applicable, a data-processing agreement). This Website policy covers visitors to powerlys.com; it does not govern data processed within the product on behalf of a customer.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) — aki.ee.

10. Children

The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
